“Restoring Serenity”

How do we restore our serenity? When we react to alcoholic behavior, we lose it so quickly. Join us on Feb 22 and we will share our experience, strength and hope with each other to help us restore our Serenity.

Set up on Friday, Feb 21, from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Take out trash throughout the day and breakdown tables after the meeting on Saturday, Feb 22, beginning after speaker.

Raffle and Silent Auction – Register baskets for auction.

Assign merchandise for raffle. Sell raffle tickets. Announce winners. Collect payments and submit to District Treasurer. We still need 1 volunteer to be Coordinator who has seen how the Raffle and Auction works in past years.

Refreshments, Coffee and Drink Tables

Manage the tables of food snacks that are brought by attendees to share with others. Responsible for bringing ice, cups, napkins, forks, spoons, plates, coffee creamer and sugar. District will reimburse costs of these supplies if we don’t already have them in storage. Responsible for making coffee in the church kitchen and bringing out to the coffee table. Coffee is provided by the church. This is in the big room where you can hear the meeting taking place in this room.

Decorations

Responsible for decorating tables with tablecloths, center pieces, etc. District will reimburse the cost if supplies are not already in storage. Decorations need to be applied on Friday, Feb 21 from 1 pm to 4 pm after set up of tables has taken place.
